A little about me:
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in Seattle, Washington. I am active with the Center for Object Relations in Seattle, WA. The Center for Object Relations is a Seattle-based institute dedicated to British Object Relations — a psychoanalytic tradition that places early relationships and the inner emotional world at the center of clinical work.
Outside of my private practice, I co-founded the Cascadia Psychodynamic Training Clinic, a Seattle-based training clinic offering psychodynamic therapy training internships to graduate counseling students. CPTC exists to develop the next generation of psychodynamic clinicians while expanding access to depth-oriented care in the Pacific Northwest.
If you come for in-person sessions, you’ll likely meet Alyosha, a medium sized vizsla dog. He’s hypoallergenic and very friendly. Most of the time he’ll be sleeping on his bed, but if you feel comfortable around dogs you’re welcome to say hi.
